* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

*** Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.

Delivery timeframe

Due to high demand, the estimated delivery timeframes vary from 14-23 days. These timeframes are provided as a guide and can differ due to customs issues, special events and circumstances.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is free.

Taxes

All prices listed on our website do not have any additional taxes or fees. Basically, what you see is what you get.

However: we have no influence on the amounts or types of items in which your country starts to levy taxes. In case the customs office stops your package at the border and finds it necessary to request additional documents or information from you, please keep in mind that you are cooperating with them in a timely manner. In this case, even if they find that you do not need to pay taxes, because your goods are not expensive enough for quality, they can still charge you a nominal amount for processing your case. This and any other customs and taxes are the sole responsibility of the client.

We are also not responsible for any delays caused by the customs that hold your packages for inspection or tax purposes. For more information on time and costs, please contact your local customs office.

POLICY OF CANCELLATION

It speaks for itself, since the order was processed and the goods shipped, we do not have it anymore, so we can not change anything. Once your order is sent, there is no way for further changes, cancellations or returns.
